ATC Clearances - Calling Radar

Prior to departure for an IFR flight, the pilot will receive an ATC route clearance from the Tower. This clearance describes the route and levels to be flown within the terminal area in order to provide separation to other traffic and to obey noise abatement procedures and airspace restrictions.

For practising this shorthand writing, this CD contains three exercises with spoken non-standard ATC route clearances of different stages of complexity which can be written down and read back.
At the end you will hear a live recording of an IFR flight from Berne to Zurich.
